Ecocolumn

        No organism lives by itself.  Every organism lives within a community of living and non-living things, called an ecosystem.  We will create models to study these relationships in a terrarium and  an aquarium. The combination of these ecosystems will be your ecocolumn.  You will build the ecosystem and nurture the plants and animals.  Once you have created a community that is healthy and strives, we will investigate disturbing forces.  These forces may be natural or human-made. We will complete a report about the changes that we see.
